Lost Tawk: The Beginning of the End

OMG OMG OMG OMG -- my show is baaaaack!!! And boy did I miss it! The recap of last season during the 8:00 hour was helpful (even tho I got all 3 seasons on DVD for Christmas!). As if I had the time... But I digress.

I usually cruise the boards before I come here to post, but there are 19 frickin' pages already and there's no effin way I'm going to get through all 19 (or more by the time I get to page 19) pages by the end of the night. So, while it's still fresh in my head, my Lost Tawk thoughts:

First of all, the Oceanic 6. So intriguing.... So far, there's Hurley (1), Jack (2), Kate (3), maybe Michael (4) - in the casket during last season- and Waaaaaaaallttt! (5) and I suspect #6 is the "him" Khate was referring to at the end of last season's episode (Sawyer), or Locke or Benry or...who knows! I don't care, I know it's going to be good. And, by the way, this episode's flash-forward precludes last season's last show flash-forward. Heeee!

Secondly, team Locke all the way! I loved how Jack's gun didn't go off. And, I think Locke has been pal-ing around with Jacob and now they're tight. I had to close my eyes when Hurley went into Jacob's house, but what I heard was quite exciting. And freaky. Glad I didn't see anything. The whispers are back. Hellooooo whispers.

Oh, and speaking of which, how on earth did Hurley's asylum buddy see ghost Charlie if ghost Charlie was really a Ghost? There's my question. And how sad is it that I didn't recognize that Hurley's car was a Camaro since I used to own one? I thought it was the General Lee.. Duh!

Color me surprised that Naomi was alive long enough to crawl all over the jungle, climb a tree, tussle with Khate and program a phone before finally croaking. That's some staying power. And the group she's with...they're trouble. But, we knew that from last season. Oh, and Jack's an idiot.

Floved the reunited scenes with Bernard and Rose, Sun and Jin, Rousseau smacking Benry in the face a few more times...ah...they did that just for me and I really appreciate it. I love batshit Benry...he's so funny. Claire could have shown a little more emotion when told her dear Cholly was a-goner. Nary any moisture in her eyes. (Psst, it's called acting classes -- you might want to invest. I'm just saying!)

Ok, I know I'm missing a whole slew of stuff and I'll remember more of it as the week goes on (and I finally get caught up on those damned boards). I don't have the usual suspects to bounce ideas off of now that I'm at a new school, but I think a couple of my current office mates are fans.

Ah Lost...how I've missed thee!
